God | Sex | Culture Seminar – TOMORROW Saturday, October 17
For the first time in Hong Kong, Sy Rogers will present his globally popular seminar, God | Sex | Culture. This insightful seminar has helped thousands of people tackle the issues that many churches are simply ill-equipped to deal with.
Topics presented are:
- Retraining the brain: How scripture and science help us to master our mind.
- Ways we wreck relationships and how to stop it.
- Keeping clean in a dirty world: How to effectively deal with memories, fantasies and desires.
- Why do Christians still have sexual struggles?
The seminar will be held from 2pm – 5pm at our regular Sunday venue, located at the 75/F Apex of Central Plaza, Wan Chai. The cost is HK$150 per person.
Please register by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or simply show up at the venue by 1:45PM. (Due to the content being discussed, this seminar is only suitable for ages 18+)
Sy’s unique life and 3 decades of ministry have inspired and encouraged audiences from London’s Royal Albert Hall to many of the world’s most influential pulpits. Regarded as a gifted communicator, award-winning talk show host, recording artist, and pastoral care specialist, Sy is a leading voice regarding sexuality, cultural themes and God’s character. Married since 1982, Sy and his family have lived in Singapore, the USA and New Zealand. Currently based in New Zealand, much of Sy’s ministry continues outside of North America.
A bit about Sy in his own words…
“I’m not going to share with you a list of achievements. Having been around a while, I’ve done many things, so I won’t bore you with the blah blah of details. Besides, what part of it matters in 50 years from now, or 5000? I’d say my greatest achievement would be my ongoing submission to God made possible because of Messiah Jesus. Centuries after this civilization is dust, that’s the only personal achievement that will still have merit. Everything else I’ve done that matters–my marriage, my family life, my personal restoration and subsequent ministry service–all resulted from the one thing that matters most.”
Don’t forget… ONE SERVICE THIS SUNDAY AT 6PM![/fusion_text]
